Laser Cleaning
Our 300W JPT MOPA pulsed fiber laser removes rust, corrosion, and oxidation layer by layer. Parameters are tuned to stainless, aluminum, or steel so the base metal is left intact.
Surface Inspection
We inspect the cleaned surface and confirm the result before completing the job. Before and after photos are taken for your records.

Common Questions
Can you clean a boat trailer without removing the wheels or bearings?
Yes. There is no blasting media to work into bearings, brake hardware, or threads, which is the usual reason trailers get stripped down before cleaning. The trailer can be cleaned assembled, on site, and put straight back into service.
Do you work dockside?
Yes. The system runs off a portable generator, so we work at private docks and in marina slips throughout the area. Nothing is discharged into the water, which is what makes this practical over a creek or a marsh.
Is it safe on aluminum and stainless?
Yes, with settings adjusted for the metal. Aluminum and the lower stainless grades common on marine hardware both behave differently than steel, so we test a small area first and confirm the result with you before working through the piece.
Can you remove bottom paint?
The process removes coatings, but a full hull is a large surface area job and pricing reflects that. Send photos and dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether laser is the right tool for your hull or whether another method makes more sense.
What about corrosion in hard to reach fittings?
Detail work is where the method has an advantage. The beam can be directed into recesses, around fasteners, and along weld seams without masking or disassembling the surrounding area.
